For fraud prevention, we verify all changed contact information. Its easy to change, though. Please open a support ticket notifying us of your changes:
- Login to your FPO Hosting MyAccount Portal.
- Click Open Ticket
- Select Billing
- Provide any changes you would like to make, including name, physical or email addresses, phone numbers, users, or contacts to add/remove from your account.
- Users are persons who have logins to your account and are tracked by their Name/Email address.
- Contacts are persons who receive communications about your account, including billing/renewal notices, service notices and support communications. You can specify whether you want a person to be a User, a Contact, or both.
